Daily Appointments are made with the intent of having the vehicle on site for opening at 8am. This allows us the best opportunity to deliver same day service and we cater our workload to meet the demand of the day. It becomes more difficult to provide same day service when the vehicle is dropped off after 9am.
Due to the variables in diagnosing vehicle issues and the time to source the most cost-effective quality parts we do not schedule per hour appointments like Dr offices. We do schedule service interviews with the intent of leaving the vehicle for service throughout the day in order to meet your needs. Vehicles can be left at any time during the day to begin the diagnosis operation. You will then be presented with an estimate an option prior to any work being performed.
Online Appointment requests made after hours will be confirmed by staff members at the beginning of the next business day.
We understand not all needed repairs and services can be scheduled, for sudden occurrences or after hour delivery or drop offs our team will communicate with you as soon as possible.
In accordance to State law Inspection Stickers are a walk in, first come first serve basis and wait times will vary. We do not accept Inspection Sticker Only Appointments. However, vehicles needing an Inspection Sticker only can be left to be worked into the Service Cue. Inspection Stickers can be added to any service appointment.
