Fuller Automotive did a very good job on our 2011 Altima. It was well past time for a brake job. New rotors and pads in front. New rotors, pads, and calipers in back. They finished the job by mid afternoon, giving us lots of time to pick it up before they closed. Tested the brakes on the way home and they feel great. My daughter actually owns the car now, but it will always be my baby.

Just ditched the dealership in favor of Fuller's. Overhearing I was a first time customer, Chris came over and sat in the waiting room shooting the breeze with me and listening to the reasons I left dealership service and explained how Fuller's is different. The whole team there is polite, courteous and professional from start to finish. We will be moving the entire family fleet over to Fuller's going forward.

As a long time customer of Fuller's I've come to know a lot of the crew by their first names. Devin, Angel, Sheryl, Peter and Rob. All the personnel were professional, courteous and friendly. They took care of my oil change, tire rotation and was shown the dirty air filter (I did have it replaced) by one of their latest crew, Lou, and who explained all that was going on with my car. Very personable and patient with my questions. Once my car needs were completed, Chris F came out to tell me that Lou was a new hire and wanted to make sure I was aware of this. I thought that was not only thoughtful of him but also made me feel special as a customer there. That's what I find every time I visit Fuller's. Thank you!

I have a KIA Sportage and my rear wiper blade was torn , Fullers was the only shop in the area that carried a replacement whipper blade otherwise I would have had to go to Shrewsbury Kia dealer. Saved me a trip for a small part.
