Have been a loyal customer of Fuller Automotive for 10 years. In this case, I purchased an older vehicle for my son to use. Fuller performed the required maintenance and pointed out areas of concern that could be addressed. After brief discussion, these items were added to the work order and completed. An example was the coolant replacement wIth warranty and 2 new tires. After getting the car back, it ran well and passed the new MA inspection. I am confident that we will get years of use with continuing maintenance from Fuller Automotive.

I brought my car to Fuller because of a noise I was hearing under my car, making it sound as though something was ready to fall off. I was given the chance for a tech to take a quick look at what was going on with my car, and was assured that nothing would fall off, but that a heat shield was loose and would require taking the exhaust system down to determine what needed to be done. (either tightening or replacing the heat shield. I made an appointment for a couple of days later and was expecting to be told it was the worse of the two when I brought it in, but one half hour and only $20 later I was on my way with a tightened heat shield. The Fuller staff was courteous and honest, and it was much appreciated.

Both Dave and Jose were very attentive to getting my "rattling" sound resolved as soon as my oil change was completed. As luck would have it, the next day Fuller's had a lot of cancellations (due to weather) and I was able to book the next day to get my car fixed!

Quick service and great staff. Will be back again.

Chelsea is so helpful and knowledgeable. Kevin is very nice, and all the mechanical techs are always willing to check out minor issues without an appointment. I always get great customer service.

Another great experience at Fullers. Just a tire replacement, but the customer service as always was excellent.

I think everyone wishes that they never needed to spend money on their vehicle; that cars were maintenance-free and 100% reliable. We all know cars aren't that way but the relationship between the Fuller family and my own has been unfailingly reliable for over 50 years. Honest and helpful. Proactive and informative. Friendly and focused on a long-term relationship.
