AWESOME experience! Fuller's of Auburn was recommended to me by my insurance company after I struck a deer on 395. It was an upsetting and emotional experience, not to mention disappointing considering I've only had this truck for a year. All I can say is this place is the closest you can get to "white glove" treatment every step of the process. They have a Geico insurance adjuster on-site, an Enterprise car rental on-site - it truly is one-stop shopping for all of your auto body needs! Josh Fuller was there to greet me and walked me through every step of the process. He made the service very personal and answered any questions I had. Willie was great at communicating timelines. My truck was ready a day earlier than originally promised, which was impressive given the Christmas and New Years holidays. And the true test of any auto body repair - it looks like nothing ever happened. I could not be happier with the service that I was provided and the quality of work!

A couple of things. I appreciated receiving and email after I made my appointment - this gave me confidence that when my vehicle arrived it would be serviced. I received a call within 45 minutes of dropping my vehicle off informing me what type of service was required and that it could be handled in a reasonable amount of time. Everyone was pleasant to deal with, had a sense of humor and the cost of repair was reasonable and I always feel it was professionally taken care. Good job to everyone. I was having some car trouble on my way home to Boston and Fuller's was the closest repair shop. I'm glad it was! The employee gave me a clear explanation of the diagnosis, broke down the cost, and made sure the work was completed as quickly as possible to get me back on the road. If they were closer to home, I would come here for all of my car repairs.
