Brought car in to be checked late afternoon. They rec'd the parts and it was fixed early next day. For the price they quoted The way it should be.

Needed tires. Shopped the area and got 5 prices. Fuller came in 2nd. I literally had to pass Fuller on my way to the place I chose. Since I've done biz with Fuller for years and it is MY GO TO PLACE for anything automotive, I decided to stop and give them another shot at it. Bam!. Not only did they match my best price, they gave me a better tire. I made the appointment. All set, right? Wrong! The car has locking lugs and of course the socket was missing. Once again, as is their norm, they go above and beyond the call of duty. They made my problem their problem. They came up a couple options as to how to proceed, all of which designed so I would not be inconvenienced. I was to come back the next morning, borrow one of the their vehicles (they typically do not have loaner service), drop off my car, and let them do their thing. As it turned out, I found the missing socket. The point is, this is without question the most customer service friendly company I've dealt with in 31 years of living in New England. Professional, knowledgeable, friendly staff. Quality work. Fair prices. Go there

When we decided what work was to be done, it was completed without haste. I appreciate your friendliness and professionalism. Flat tire on route 20 and luckily I was able to make it to Fuller's. They were able to patch my tire and save the day!! Car full of kids and 90 degree day, so thankful for their great service and staff!!! Their collision center does amazing work as well.

These people are fantastic! Lost our brakes on the Mass Pike while traveling home to Maine from New jersey. They were very understanding and bent over backwards to fix our brake lines the next morning! Chelsea in the service dept was so nice to deal with! Chris, the owner came to the waiting room and chatted with us putting our minds at ease! Highly recommend this place!
