I always have a positive experience at Fuller's/Spee Dee. I was under the impression that when I get my oil changed that the 17 point inspection would be a quick look at the brakes? I was down to 10% of the pads and wrecked the rotors. I will have to be aware of my brakes in the future.
I came in without an appointment. They quickly diagnosed the problem and offered me a ride so that I didn't have to wait while they fixed my car. The work was done quickly and the estimated price was the price I paid.
