Was on my way down 495 heading to a work function and caught a nail in my tire. Put the spare on and went straight to Fuller's. They knew I had to make a work engagement and took care of me right away. Great service, friendly, knowledgeable staff. Couldn't be happier and thankful that they were there to help. Upon arrival the young crew member greeted me (don't know his name but have seen him before) and he took in all the requests I made without question, or writing it down! I wanted an oil change, tire pressure at 35lbs, check when windshield wipers were last changed and rotate tires! Dan came in just before checkout and relayed the wipers were changed in May and appeared still good and working. Also prior to the oil change I asked Rob to look at an alert that came up on my dash (I took a picture) that stated "Service All Wheel Drive System" and he explained it could have been something to do with my ABS system or something else. I told him I had checked to make sure that I hadn't pressed the AWD button, which I had not, and that the message had not returned since (Jan 18th). Overall the Fuller Team continues to provide great and caring service and will continue to refer your company and keep coming back as a customer! Thanks!

Fuller's in Auburn is the best place to have any kind of work needed for your vehicle. The staff are extremely helpful and knowledge and have always repaired my cars so I feel safe driving them. I will never go anywhere else.

Fuller staff is fantastic! Just brought in my car for the annual sticker and the technician was very helpful. He noticed my latest registration referenced my prior plate and told me to just obtain a copy of the new registration payment confirmation email and he could then proceed with inspection. He saved me time from having to go back and forth to get the car inspected. Very appreciated!
