HUGE thank you to Fuller's of Auburn for fixing up my baby. Despite the delays many businesses are facing currently, (which were not their fault) I can’t say enough good things. They kept me informed every step of the way, had great communication with the insurance company, my vehicle looks better than it did before the accident, and everyone was a pleasure to work with. Not to mention the car was vacuumed/ cleaned and smells like new. Thank you Tyler Warren for the recommendation and thank you Joshua Fuller for running a great business. Wow! I just wanted to pass along the great experience I had today! I have been a loyal customer for years and today is one of the reasons why. Driving into work, I got a notification that one of my tires has low pressure. Not thinking much of it I was passing by Fullers and decided to stop in there to see if someone can kindly put some air into it. Come to find out my tire had a screw in it and of course it’s an odd sized tire that needs to be replaced. Devon was so kind and took my car in to change the tire and put my spare on so I could get to work while Rob researched the tire purchase. Rob called me shortly after to give me some options which included going out of his way to call local dealerships that carried that tire in stock! It all worked out in the same day, but I can’t thank them enough as they didn’t need to go out of their way for me. I think employees like this are hard to come by and Fullers has consistently had employees who have gone out of their way for customers like me! Thank you Devon and Rob!
