I live in PA. In July I was in MA to help a friend move and my car overheated on I-290 on a Sunday evening. AAA towed me to Fuller. I left my car with them for a week while I tried to figure out what to do. Over the phone and in person when I returned to tow my car back home, everyone I dealt with was exceptional! They helped me get the car started in the rain (the battery had discharged while it sat), guided me around the lot to get the vehicles lined up to take home (the car was jam packed), and pumped up a flat tire on the trailer. We were there from about noon until about 6 pm. Just as we were getting ready to go, when the shop was closing for Friday night one of the employees came around to check on us before he locked everything up. That's when we needed air for the tire. I couldn't have asked for more professional, helpful and compassionate service. They wouldn't even take my money, not even a tip! Thank you for your team's extraordinary service! Wow! Fantastic! I can't praise them enough.
