Brought my car here after it broke down on the highway. People at the front desk were nice. After one hour they finally brought my car in (I had no appointment) but if you're planning to bring it here out of the blue DONT. They looked at the car for 20 minutes then I witnessed them park it in a space in the back, thought nothing of it until another hour passes and I ask what is going on. The manager comes out with scribbles on a sheet of paper saying what they saw. Which if you lifted the hood you can discover this the issue he stated in a millisecond. They said I will cost $750 THEN WE CAN FIGURE OUT WHATS WRONG WITH IT. I paid $107.00 for a useless diagnostic. While I've called out of work more than a day because of the lies of what it is. Towed it out of there and will tell everyone to stay away from here. Also, I witnessed a spiky haired, hyper mechanic yell at his receptionist coworker for someone minuscule. Hope she finds a better job somewhere else that respects their employees and customers.

As always the Fuller family made us feel like we are part of their family. Knowing that are kids will be driving cars that are mechanically safe is comforting. We don't go to any one else for car maintenance.

I was heading up to Boston on I90 when my transmission started to quit. I pulled off to a rest area and looked at Yelp for anywhere nearby with decent reviews. I limped into Fuller's parking lot at about closing time on Friday evening and Jordan, I believe a service manager, was just awesome. My car wasn't going to be fully diagnosed until Monday, but he ran an engine code scan, set me up with a rental car from next door (they give Fuller customers a discount) and got me on my way (to an event in Boston that evening). Jordan followed up with me early Monday morning to give me the news and clearly explained all the options. Over the next few days, we worked out a plan and he was extremely accommodating (I live in the NYC area, so getting to Auburn (without a vehicle) was a nearly ridiculous prospect) with the timing of picking up the vehicle. Long story longer, Jordan and the Fuller team were very honest, straight-forward, fair and accommodating and I highly recommend them for anyone in the area.

Teamwork and good spirits got the truck done and they even went the extra mile to reset the tire TPMS to make my headache go away. The truck will be back!

They’re amazing- I highly recommend them. They educate you about your car, they don’t make you feel incompetent, and they’re incredibly friendly! 10/10 stars! �
