For starters, I find the staff has excellent communication - both with the customer and in their computer system. I never feel like I have to repeat stuff to every employee who addresses me. They're all in the loop. Also, they are up front about their findings, the severity of any needed repairs, the overall costs, and the length of time needed. I've never waited longer than quoted at either location (body shop or repairs). I love that i can weigh the severity snd make budget appropriate decisions today, and wait on others if needed. Recently, due to car trouble I hung out in the waiting room for the majority of a day. The staff was super friendly with my kids, the service manager touched base regularly, and we felt comfortable & welcome. The only suggestion I have is for a changing area in the restroom. I felt awful changing my son's diaper in the waiting area, and witnessed another parent having to do the same.
