After an inside the that was the result of bad work done by a different shop, Fuller's was not only able to fix the damage but also documented everything that had been done wrong to my vehicle so that I can pursue other shop for damages. They were incredibly nice and open about everything that they did and how much it would cost. No surprises on the bill. Will definitely be coming back here for all of my auto needs in the future.

i recently had to have two tires replaced on my car. One tire was not able to be repaired and the other was wrecked by a pothole. Although they were partially closed due to the coronavirus Chris Fuller told me to come on in and he replaced both of the tires very quickly. I am so grateful Chris. I've been a customer at Fullers for a long time; my uncle worked here for over 20 years! I own a used 2015 Ford Escape, and I had been noticing that the front driver's side tire was making a strange noise while on the highway. I called, spoke to Rob in the tire center, and he set me up with an appointment right away. He was very communicative throughout the whole process and was available to answer all my questions. The best part was the results: when I got my vehicle back, it drove like it was brand new! They had found a minor issue with the body that I wasn't even aware of, on top of the alignment and balance issues, and had called me to discuss everything. Now, my 5 year old car feels like it just rolled off the lot, and I couldn't be more satisfied with both the physical work and the customer service done. Obviously, I will continue to be a long-term customer with Fullers, and I'd recommend them to anyone!

Even with everything going on with Covid-19 the process to have an oil change was smooth and went well. I appreciate the steps taken by Fuller for my protection and the protection of your employees. Arthur

Fuller's always provides the best customer service. I needed my tire replaced and they were able to get the tire ordered and finished within one day. They called to check in with me before ordering the tire to fill me in on what needed to be done. I always appreciate their communication and how timely they are!

Great Service...Take all of my cars there

As a previous employee i dont return to have service completed on my vehicles simply because i know the people. I come back because I know first hand the quality of work being done is exceptional. I know that when ASE Master Techs Keith or Alcides perform any work to my vehicles it will be completed with a labor of love. And in the service office you can trust Rob and Jordan to give you a fair quote, save you money any way they can without effecting the quality of parts and labor along with communicating with you throughout the whole process. This week i bought 4 new general altimax-rt43s, an alignment and their wheel package. And it drives and rides like a brand new car! I put about 4-5k miles on it a month for work and now i have less stress because i know if i have any issues that i can stop by and it will be resolved professionally and in a timely matter.
