Had an issue with the steering on my son's 2003 Toyota Camry. The automotive repair shop did a diagnostic on the steering, determined the cause of the issue, and gave me the repair options. Couldn't be happier with the service. The repair shop was professional and very efficient in determining the issue and giving me the repair options.

Appreciate that the brakes were repaired rather than trying to sell replacement parts. Knocked off one star because I didn’t receive a call letting me know the car was ready - apparently they called someone else by mistake.

Fantastic customer service. I called and spoke with Jordan. I explained I needed a new tire because I had a flat. He didn't have one in stock but promised to call me back after he located one. He called back within 15 min and explained he found one in system but it was late in the day and would need to call in am to confirm. He called me the next morning, had someone pick up the tire and had it installed. I really appreciated how quickly he responded and kept me informed.

As usual the service at Fuller Automotive was prompt and done efficiently. I’ve never had a bad experience in my 30 plus years is servicing my cars at Fuller’s.
