I brought my car in for a state inspection sticker. As always, all staff was courteous, helpful and friendly. I waited in comfort while the inspection took place and then went on my way to complete my errands. The staff was extremely friendly and proficient (not only with me, as I had the opportunity to observe others as I waited), and it took no time at all. They also have a bunch of kids' toys and stuff that kept my daughter happy while we waited. Thanks!

While the staff was friendly the system was disorganized. I made an appointment for 2 PM and they didn’t have me in the system. Furthermore I was promised that my car would be ready the next day. When I spend money to get a ride there they told me they hadn’t even looked at my car at all. All it takes is a phone call at the end of the previous work day to let me know. I’m never going to get my car fixed here ever again.
