The service is excellent, but we have major issues with the computer system.You have mixed my vehicle up with my daugher's vehicle, and I believe another person named Beth Johnson. Also, you lost my records for my 2011 CRV in September of 2013.I have just received a request for feedback on my 9-22 service....and I was not in your business on 9-22. Then today I received a request for feedback for an April visit....saying this was my list visit.I was in Fullers in July....around the 24th I believe.So, the computer system is a concern for me....I had relied on it to ensure my car was getting the correct service----and, now, I am just so unsure about my car's maitenance and that worries me.
