I stopped at Fuller on a whim a few months ago to get an oil change and I can't imagine going to another garage. Recently I stopped in for an inspection, but I also had concerns about some engine skipping. They took the car for a test drive (with me along for the ride to identify the issue), checked target areas in the engine, found the issue (which was fortunately minor) and took care of it. In addition to top-notch auto work, Fuller always offers a pleasant atmosphere. I mean, no one wants to hang around at the mechanic... but the folks at Fuller give you frequent updates, honest timelines and even offer to buy you the occasional snack from the coffee truck.

Knowledgeable and honest service people. Chris took several minutes out of his busy day to sit down with me and explain what's going on with my car and options for repair. He was very forthcoming with me about what needed to be done today and what could be put off until after my bank accounts recover from the holidays. I never felt pressured to purchase products or services. Fast and efficient service. I highly recommend this place!

Beat big box chain price with better service from a company who is a community institution. The choice is a no brainer. Congrats on 100 years! Keep up the great work!
