I have gone here for years for car repair and oil change. I have always been happy with their service and the employees are all very nice. I would definitely recommend fullers to my friends and family.

You advertise as a family owned and operated facility. As such, I had hoped you would understand the challenges and anxiety of a father in Houston, TX trying to help her daughter attending college in Auburn area who was stranded with a car that would not start. Let me get to the end first...your attention, support, understanding of circumstances, and service FAR EXCEEDED my expectations. I can't express my thanks enough. My daughter had AAA and had the car towed to an unknown service center recommended by tow truck driver. She didn't have any other knowledge. A couple of days later, received estimate from the service center that needed new starter and battery for $800+. I was immediately suspicious as a new battery was installed 3 months ago. I have also just recently replaced a starter in a old CRV...aware how much effort in can be to get at it, but also aware the cost of a new starter and how much time likely it would take experts to replace. Not being from the area, I started researching for another repair facility. From one person I know in area, got a recommendation for Fuller. Did some research and decided to try. I called and was immediately answered by a very knowledgeable and understanding individual. Made arrangements to have car towed there that day. Shortly after car arrived, I was immediately called by my assigned service advisor. Again extremely friendly. Car service time was scheduled and honored around the Thanksgiving holidays. Received status updates from service advisor. To our fortune, turns out the car started each time tried. Not sure why wouldn't start that night, but being 2000 miles away, unable to help diagnose. Your diagnosis and findings are clear evidence of your ethical and honorable customer service. Can't say same for first facility. Daughter picked up car after Thanksgiving break, and by the way volunteered how friendly the people who helped her were. To anyone who reads this, and especially if looking for a new service facility, look no further than Fuller. Attentive, honest, ethical, knowledgeable, dependable. Greatly helped my family in a difficult and stressful situation. My daughter now has a "go to" place we trust. Huge relief for a father multiple states away. Huge THANKS again!

I couldn't figure out how to change the light bulb in our Buick. For those who have never done this on this type of vehicle, apparantly you need to take apart a lot of the front end, climb under the side wheel, use brute force, elbow grease, .......... T AND J and a few other guys wrestled with the Beast and changed it lickety-split. And they were smiling and joking too! WE LOVE FULLER'S AND THE CREW!! THANK YOU!!, Kati
