While the staff was friendly the system was disorganized. I made an appointment for 2 PM and they didn’t have me in the system. Furthermore I was promised that my car would be ready the next day. When I spend money to get a ride there they told me they hadn’t even looked at my car at all. All it takes is a phone call at the end of the previous work day to let me know. I’m never going to get my car fixed here ever again.

For starters, I find the staff has excellent communication - both with the customer and in their computer system. I never feel like I have to repeat stuff to every employee who addresses me. They're all in the loop. Also, they are up front about their findings, the severity of any needed repairs, the overall costs, and the length of time needed. I've never waited longer than quoted at either location (body shop or repairs). I love that i can weigh the severity snd make budget appropriate decisions today, and wait on others if needed. Recently, due to car trouble I hung out in the waiting room for the majority of a day. The staff was super friendly with my kids, the service manager touched base regularly, and we felt comfortable & welcome. The only suggestion I have is for a changing area in the restroom. I felt awful changing my son's diaper in the waiting area, and witnessed another parent having to do the same.

The customer service at Fuller Automotive of Auburn is exceptional. The service people I dealt with were able to make a stressful situation quite easy to handle.They were very kind and understanding and generous with helpful advice and knowledge. Always a great experience at Fuller's. The staff explained everything that needed to be done on my car clearly. The price quoted and the time frame for completing the job were exactly what they quoted to me. I will definitely go back for future work.

They saved me $$$. I had my Jeep elsewhere first, where they charged me $150 and told me I had to replace the Suspension Air Compressor for another $2900. Fuller found a kink in the hose and the problem was solved quickly for $50. Maybe I got lucky, but this was a great 2nd opinion!
