Our truck died coming back from our honeymoon right across from Fuller's, we were an hour away from home. The owner took it upon himself to help us out even though they were pretty slammed at the shop. The alternator crapped out, he jumped us to the shop and started fixing the truck. He was so nice and understanding, he legit saved us! Not a lot of people would do what he did for us. I'm so thankful for Chris and the whole Fuller's team for helping us out! You guys have no idea how much you helped us! Thank you so much!!

Excellent as usual. I brought my car in to have the AC checked out. Fullers determined my car was still under warranty so brought to the dealer who serviced it under warranty. Total cost to me ZERO. Fullers provided me a ride home when I dropped off the car, kept me going informed of the process, picked me up when my car was done, and explain everything that was done. That is service.

Your service staff has never disappointed me. Always recommend a new filter when necessary but not pushy. Always leave my car clean and my window washer fluid topped off. What more can I ask for. Sending information about my car service to my salesmens email not appreciated though. Our company name is Mass. Truck Refrigeration Service, Inc. I suppose you got Masstrucking as part of our company email I don't know. This is the reason I pay direct by credit card so only the accounting office knows what I do. Please remove the Yukon from my salesmens email notifications. Thank you. P.S. Your young mechanics that take the sign in for service are very polite and courteous.
