Thank-you so much for taking care of my car so quickly! I appreciate that you took my car in and fixed it that day. If you are looking for constructive advice, perhaps it could be in the communication- I filled out an online request form on Sunday (knowing you were closed) and then dropped it off that night. It may have been helpful to send an email or call saying you could/could not get to the car that day when you sorted appointments out Monday morning. I did call Monday afternoon and was helped immediately and told that my car would be looked at soon, then called when diagnosed, then called when done. So that part of the communication was great. It may help to call or email to give a time table of when the car would be seen- with the online appointment not confirmed, I was unsure if my car would be looked at that day. Overall, great communication and great service! I appreciate that we will always be taken care of at Fuller's! Thank-you!
