I can not say enough about the these guys! They are amazing and truly care about their customer service. I had a difficult repair to my Buick Enclave. The windshield had leaked and caused a huge electrical problem. My problem first started when we thought is was the battery. But I continued to have issues. I thought I was going crazy!! But then the team started researching and looking at everything. They did not give up until my issue was solved! They even provided help with documentation I needed to have a warranty repair done by the company who had installed the replacement windshield. Thank you Fuller Automotive! We are very happy to have our car back !!

Went in in a Friday afternoon to make an estimate appointment before having my recently crunched rear bumper fixed. I made the appointment for the following week (as I had expected) but as I was leaving Josh Fuller knocked on my window noticing the damage and told me to come right in yo his ofgicr. Within 15 minutes he reviewed the quote from the insurance company, explained the process, gave me a rental and had me on my way. He also took out the baby car seat bases for me that i had never been able to figure out (I've since learned how). They handled billing the insurance company for both the rental and some additional unoticed damage beneath the bumper and made the entire process 100% hassle free. I'm sure my timing just worked well when they took my car in immediately (stuff like that never works in my favor and may never again) but I can't recall the last time I visited any business that went out of their way to make a customer feel THAT appreciated. Based on the # of people in the waiting room, it's not like they were hurting for the business either. The finished work is flawless, cost exactly what the appraisal quoted, and while waiting for my parts to arrive they completed a full tune up that I had also requested adding no extra time. I can't say enough great things about this experience and without question I will be going back here for everything my car needs. My wife's family has been going here for years and for some reason I always felt the need to have my car serviced by the dealer but Josh and his team certainly changed my thinking.

I have used Fullers for almost 12 years now and they have always treated me well. Prices are good and the work done has always been top notch.

They squeezed me in for service on a busy day, which was much appreciated. Always a pleasure to work with them.
