I purchased 2 new tires replacing tires previously purchased at Fullers and asked for a quote from Mr. Chris Fuller for a price and was given an estimate agreeable to me and Chris. I asked for the Fuller package and he said the previous tires purchased there had a Fuller Package coverage and it would be covering the new tires I am purchasing today so they are also covered with the Fuller package benefits if needed in the future. Also an alingment was to be performed after installation w/o charge. I was denied an alingment because it was not written to include one. I had the tires installed at an hour before closing and when the car was completed I was told to bring the car back the next morning for the alingment because they were in the process of closing for the day, which was when I was told it would not include an alingment and would have to pay an additional $89.00 for it.

Beware!!!... We broke down on the toll road and were dropped off there... they tried telling me my motor was done and it could not be fixed, then the manager of the repair shop was extremely unprofessional and threatened to have my stuff removed from the property for expressing that the truck was fixable... the mechanic they were going to use to fix our truck was either a lair or completely inadequate.... I live in Indiana... I rented a car and drove back... got two trucks and a trailer and came back and removed my stuff myself... would of rather done that than let them hack at it... I was offered a few hundred dollars for my truck and camper which was an outrage! I had the truck fixed here in Indiana by my mechanic for just over $200.00 .... parts and all... the only saving grace was the owner came when we were retrieving our stuff and seemed concerned and offered to let us put our camper up for the evening there on the property... I had planned many trips out there in the area but the treatment we received when out there this last time was enough for me to never want to go to Massachusetts ever again... I'll drive around it... no thanks... this trip was about a year ago.. July 2015... took me this long to say something about it in a way that would not be offensive .... do yourself a favor... there has to be another place in the area to have your stuff worked on... maybe.... we couldn't find one suitable...... you would be better off and it would be cheaper to bring it out to Indiana....

Amazing service. I recently purchased four brand new tires and had a light repaired. I was in and out in under an hour. The staff was very professional and courteous. I highly recommend Fuller Automotive to anyone.

Very good service! Also it's the only shop that could do my tire balance and alignment correctly! This will be the only shop I would go to from now on.
