Everything takes over 24hours and not cause Fullers is working on the vehicle. The cost of labor isn't the issue,it's the fake hours your being charged as your vehicle just sits there..for example we had a jeep go in for rear lower control arm. Thats 2-3hours of labor for that job. They had the vehicle at 7am on Tuesday and we got it back at 4pm on Wednesday.. just do your homework on Google before dropping your vehicle off with Fullers so you have an idea of actual time of labor and cost of parts and labor prior, from a quality mechanic..we'll never go back..and we'll tell this story forever to whomever asks for a reference for Fullers..

I was quite pleased with every aspect of Fullers. It was easy to make an appointment. The job was completed as promised and at the price that was quoted (several hundred dollars less than the dealer price). everyone was very professional and courteous. I will certainly be back again.

My car received a new front left axel and upon completion as I was driving away I heard nothing clicking in my front end and it drove so smoothly as if it were brand new and had a lot of pep on excelling. The crew was friendly, efficient and professional. Even when I forgot at the beginning of the greeting process that I wanted my tires rotated, and I ended up requesting it just before they were done doing the oil change, they "happily" rotated my tires for me! Wonderful business to work with for all my auto needs! Thanks!
