Brought my car in without an appointment; Chris Fuller took it in and replaced the passenger side mirror. I didn't have to wait long, and was pleasantly surprised when I got my bill. It was a very positive experience and made my day. The staff at Fuller's always goes out of their way, and a special thank you to Jose as well for suggesting I talk to Chris. Thanks again!

My experiences at Fuller Automotive normally follows the same pattern. They're prompt, curteous, friendly and thorough. It has become increasingly difficult to trust others with personal belongings, as I recently had an issue with another unnamed local establishment. However, at Fuller Automotive, I've never given trust a second thought. I know full well when I leave there my car is in better condition than it came. It has always been a pleasure doing business with the Fuller family.

I drove down from NJ and when I arrived in Auburn a light appeared saying I was low on coolant and needed to be careful when stopping. This terrified me as I had a 3 hour trip back to NJ. I stopped in at Fullers and they checked all my fluids and filled whatever was needed. They checked out the entire car and assured me I would be safe driving it. They could not have been nicer or more professional. I only wish either I lived in Auburn or they were in NJ. I would rate them as top notch, honest mechanics. �
