Fuller has been keeping my 2002 Honda in excellent condition for many years. From routine maintenance through mechanical problems and some body work, their work has been great. The staff is uniformly efficient and approachable, and go out of their way to make car repair a pleasant experience for their customers.

My experiences at Fuller Automotive normally follows the same pattern. They're prompt, curteous, friendly and thorough. It has become increasingly difficult to trust others with personal belongings, as I recently had an issue with another unnamed local establishment. However, at Fuller Automotive, I've never given trust a second thought. I know full well when I leave there my car is in better condition than it came. It has always been a pleasure doing business with the Fuller family.

I drove down from NJ and when I arrived in Auburn a light appeared saying I was low on coolant and needed to be careful when stopping. This terrified me as I had a 3 hour trip back to NJ. I stopped in at Fullers and they checked all my fluids and filled whatever was needed. They checked out the entire car and assured me I would be safe driving it. They could not have been nicer or more professional. I only wish either I lived in Auburn or they were in NJ. I would rate them as top notch, honest mechanics. �
