Received great service and a quick turnaround as I've grown accustomed to expect from Fuller Auto since I've started giving them my business the last couple years. Estimate and explanation given quickly and upfront so there were no surprises when presented with the bill.

A couple of things. I appreciated receiving and email after I made my appointment - this gave me confidence that when my vehicle arrived it would be serviced. I received a call within 45 minutes of dropping my vehicle off informing me what type of service was required and that it could be handled in a reasonable amount of time. Everyone was pleasant to deal with, had a sense of humor and the cost of repair was reasonable and I always feel it was professionally taken care. Good job to everyone. I was having some car trouble on my way home to Boston and Fuller's was the closest repair shop. I'm glad it was! The employee gave me a clear explanation of the diagnosis, broke down the cost, and made sure the work was completed as quickly as possible to get me back on the road. If they were closer to home, I would come here for all of my car repairs.
