Great place, great people, but they definitely take their time with everything. A lot longer then most shops for basic jobs. Overall I would recommend to anyone.

Great service

Great repair on my brakes and noticed I needed an inspection before I did. Just wish the person I spoke to on the phone several days earlier had told me to make an appointment so I wouldn't have waited 5 hours. I would have left it and come back later.

There is no better feeling that trusting that the work being done on a vehicle that transports kids is the best. Fuller's is our go to for all vehicle repairs here at Nativity School of Worcester.

My car was overheating and was able to limp the car to Fullers. I knew I needed to tires and brakes which was expected. They confirmed my suspicion of the water pump but also took the time to look over the car and discovered an oil leak as well. What sets them apart is the went the extra mile to confirm that the water pump and oil leek was covered under my 5 year 100.000 mile powertrain warranty. The service at Fuller's is the best!

This Fall at an event for Auburn Youth and Family Services, I won the Fuller Automotive 'Complete Tire Package, which included 4 Good Year Tires, Lifetime Alignments, $100 worth of Speedee Oil service, two AAA yearly memberships, one free car rental, total car detail, and a $50 gas card. It was a very generous donation.... the Fuller family always supports the local community. As for the service, it was exceptional. I brought the car in, and the tires ordered for my car were ready to be installed in a little over a week. The installation took about 2 hours, during which time the owners came over to speak to each of the customers in the waiting room enjoying their complimentary coffee. I would definitely recommend Fuller Automotive to anyone in the Auburn area, and will return their for future car maintenance.
