Went in for inspection on 4/16 /26 for inspection sticker on my 2022 sienna with 51k miles. Imagine my surprise when it failed because supposedly there emissions obd port was not Communicating with my port in my car. But, one of there mechanics said that there scanner was Working with port and I also told them my own scanner was also working on my port. Also another of there mechanics suggested that it was maybe a fuse in my obd scanner, it was not Because the next day 4/17/26 I took it to another state inspection station and it passed with no Problem, I even watched as they put there emissions port into my port. Went back to fuller for refund but I already knew it was not happening. He told me it was my choice that I took it somewhere else ,like what did you want me to do leave it there so you could diagnose my non Problem. I asked them if it was possible they they had a glitch on there system not possible he said because they do 40 inspections a day , I left and said thank you after feeling there aggression Amp up.
